Marc-Andre Bourdon’s season just keeps getting worse.
Entering the preseason behind seventh defender Oskars Bartulis on the Flyers’ defensive depth chart, the former third-round selection in the 2008 NHL draft, has had a down year with the league-worst Adirondack Phantoms, scoring just one goal and six assists with a minus-11 rating in 33 games. His performance as a 21-year-old, which has been unimpressive all season, has even recently landed him in the press box as a healthy scratch.
